Not a scam.

It was not all CO-OP's as they are not all the same shop like for example Tescos.

It was only available at one or 2 stores, and so obviously they all sold out.

Somebody in Scotland said that he just missed out because someone had bought all 5 that the shop had in stock. Presumably these will end up on Ebay.
