Sorry for the chaos I have caused!!!

My wife has just popped along to the Coupar Angus Scot-Mid(Co-Op) to purchase another DAB radio for my nephew, as they had got more stock in. Unfortunately someone else sniffing out a bargain purchased the last 6 while my wife was in the store.
So the Coupar Angus branch are cleared out!!!!

An assistant informed my wife all Scot-Mid's are doing this offer, so check out your local Scot-Mid branch.
    Good luck!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi
I enquired at the co-op about this offer and received this response:

Any radios that are being sold at less than £49.99 in a store owned by the Co-operative Group is unauthorised and are being sold at an incorrect price by the staff concerned.

The price applicable for this product in Co-operative Group stores is
£49.99 and is not affected by the decision by the Scottish Midland Co-operative Society to sell the item for less than this price on 'special offer' in their stores.

    I've been Money Tipped!
The large Co-Op in Norwich said (yesterday) that they had had "loads" of people asking about this DAB yesterday. They also said they didn't have it, it wasn't on their system and the same applioed at Ipswich where they had also tried phoning. It strikes me as likely that a lot of people read this site who live near Norwich?

Well received e-mail from Martins web jan 4th informing me of the DAB Radio offer at the CO-OP, well i went in to my local who had none, rang round all co-ops within 35 mile radius but none available quite a few stores were unaware of the £24.99 half price offer, well my son informed me my nearest branch have them in but are £49.99 and are not on special offer, so i went in to check and asked till person to scan it hoping it would come up £24.99 but it did not, again no one was aware they were on special offer, so e-mailed Martin to notify him 4 days ago, and today received a reply back today from the WEBMASTER being the 10th jan saying to put it on this forum which i have but i still have not got one for this price, so what can i do to get one at this price?????????

Unless you live in Scotland, you were never going to get this radio.

This offer was originally posted about a week ago.

Do a search back in the forum, and you will see there was only about 2 radios in the whole of the UK.

    This one is finished.

Please note this is a Grabbit forum, and some of these 'special' deals are often all gone within a few hours, so no use asking a week later.

Thanks for prompt reply back, what did you mean by ''there was only 2 radios in the whole of the uk'' was this a scam by the co-op?
