At the time I had used it for a week. They quoted I used about just over 2 gig a day. Strangely including 3 days that I didn't download anything. When it went slow in the evening I contacted the call center & they did the checks. They then said I had been capped. I complained to Customer support the next day, they in turn put me through to Tech support, who said that it could be a fault. They said the previous Tech should have done more checking the night before. They went on to say if it happens again to contact tech support & insist on a check. They said to download between 12-00 at night & 10-00am in the morning as the capping does not kick in at those times. The problem is I've since read on several forums people with the same problems as me. I am on a 28 day refusal so I don't want to go beyond that point & then I'm tied to a 12 month contract.

i have changed from talktalk to o2 and the service is excellent. unlimited downloads so far with no problems 8mb speed all for £17-50 a month cheaper, than bt.
