Broadband with Unlimited & No fair usage policy?

I'm looking for an ISP that has Unlimited downloads with NO 'Fair usage Policy'. I've tried to look through the minefields of ISPs & the small print etc. Can anyone name me the ones that meet my requirements, even a cheap business one if necessary. I'm not a heavy or even medium downloader but have been capped twice by Virgin in the first week of using them, something that never happened before in 7 years of use with other providers, & it was so slow it stopped altogether making even msn unusable. I don't want to make a second mistake so I would be grateful for any help.
Nice to save.

The Gadget show interview Sky and they (Sky) said that their broadband service was not capped and the site seems to confirm this.

No only the Sky Max broadband package is:
The UK's only truly unlimited broadband service
O2 broadband have also never been known to actually enforce any limits see here:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

Are you wireless? Is your router secure?
It strikes me as odd that you are not a heavy or medium downloader and yet you are falling foul of a fair use policy.
I'd be wondering if someone else is using your connection. This might explain the speed issue, too.0 -
Are you on Virgin cable or non-cable OP?
I agree with Jimmy The Wig that it sounds strange that you are being capped for not using it much....0 -
Flipping hell, how much are you downloading a month? I have 330GB on my package for £19.99 a month and haven't come remotely close.0

we were with Tesco for a few years..and they never limited us our download...we do a lot of downloading..but they are £2 pm... this year in May we changed to o2 and so far so good...only changed to o2 cos of price £7.50 pm0

OP, whatever downloading you do, just do it overnight to get around their throttling.
There is no way you can exceed the download limit just from just surfing...
