    Morning all.

Christmas??? - bah humbug:p Actually I'm really looking forward to it this year. I have a list of things to get, just need to get off my fat butt and go get them:rolleyes: I'm waiting to see if anything fab and unusual is being sold at the Xmas fair in Ludlow this weekend...

P.S. Why did pensions and tax credits go up by at least inflation but not SMP? Humph :rotfl:

  • Hi all - has everyone started their Xmas shopping then?! I've bought one or two things that I've seen on sale throughout the year.

Got my Xmas hours through and I'll only be getting 25th and 26th Dec and 1st Jan off. I love Xmas but in a completely un-Scottish way detest New Year and Hogmanay so not to bothered by only getting a day off for New Year.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

  • hey Bathgate! long time no see, how are you?!?

I am very disorganised... i know what i want to get for Erin, but need to pin big g down so he can pay for some of it... as i always end up shelling out and leaving myself short, then i need to ask him for some money for his share, which he gives me, as if he was doing me a favour! so this year he is shelling out as we go to avoid that... he doesn't know this yet of course!

i am going to go online and get my cards from stuidio today... but will be paying on debit card, so determined that xmas will not be done on credit this year... which will be nice...!!

Managed to get squeezed in at the Doctors, I have a virus, what a surprise:rolleyes: I am convinced that that book they look in just says vius, virus, virus on every bloody page.

I was given a prescription for some cream for the cold sore which I didnt use as the pharmacist said it would be cheaper to buy over the counter. I have also bought some metatone tonic to see if that perks my up a bit.

Popped in to see my Granda and he gave me £40 to buy some bottled gas for my central heating as he was worried about me, just sat and cried at his kindness.

Can we talk about something daft today please, I need cheering up big style:o
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
