My spag bol as follows:
1 onion sweated
1lb of mince cooked with the onion
2 cloves of garlic, pop in once mince is done
2 beef oxo cubes added just before the chopped tomatoes
1 tin of chopped toms add after oxo
1 squirt of tomato puree
A couple splashes of Worcester sauce ( taste test for personal taste)
Then my secret ingredient.... ( a good dollop of tomato ketchup)
Simmer for a while and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add mushrooms with the mince if you fancy them!
Yummy... and fail safe... I know I am rubbish at cooking and can just manage this one lol!

Hi Guys,
Defrosted some healthy lean mince overnight in fridge. Was gonna just chuck a jar of Ragu over it (i know, i know,) and serve with spaghetti for tea.
Anyway bit of time on my hands, and fridge packed with veggies, so can i ask how you make you own bolognaise sauce?:D
Any veg that i will be adding will have to be thrown in the blender first, cos if my girls spot so much as a piece of onion, the game will be over!
Hugs
pot
