I bought an item on ebay on 15th December and paid via paypal the same day. The item was £ 3 with a postage cost of £ 4 so total £ 7. Well I still haven't received it. I know the Xmas post is mad but even so. I e-mailed the seller ( who only just replied today ) and she said she posted it 22nd December ( she thinks ) and…

If you ordered something off say Amazon and it got lost in the post would you expect to wait 15 WORKING days to get a refund or replacement? Plus it can take up to 3 months for the claim to be processed.

Yes of course i would. And as per some stores policy it is up to 28 days for a refund following an investigation as to where the missing item has gone. So to demand a refund within this time frame is very unreasonable.
