Pullman Loaf Tin

I find HM bread slightly denser so like to stick to 2lb loaf tins which makes the fibre, fat, cals equal to a slice of normal bread. We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I have one I bought from Lakeland some time ago. I personally don't like the silicone bakeware and so I stick to tins. Also, my tin does not have any internal joins in it which are a nightmare to get clean.
However, very often I don't bother with the tin and just make a cob-shaped loaf on a baking tray.0 -
I have a silicone loaf tin as well. I usually buy mixes but reading all your posts has inspired me to give hm bread from scratch another go
I prefer silicone as I find it so much easier to use and to clean. Plus you can 'squidge' it down in the cupboard if need beGC 2023 June £72/500 NSDs 1/100 -

I didn't get round to buying a pullman loaf tin when D&DD inspired me with hers but the intention never left my mind and I am now looking for a tin.. I can see them on ebay but wondered if anyone had found a UK shop that sold these tins?0
