Looking for some cheap cat food websites?

i feed mine Hills (a premium quality dry food). if measured correctly, a bag lasts about 20 days for 2 cats, which equates to around 50p a day to feed two cats.0

Royal Canin is also a good cat food.
Don't buy them cheap rubbish anyway. As others have said, even though the natural brands appear to be very expensive, they last a lot longer as since they are very high quality you only need to feed a little. (sort of like how good quality food fills us up whereas after eating a chocolate bar we're hungry again soon after!)
Try working out the cost per day, i.e. if the bag weights x and costs x then find out how many servings you can get out of that bag and then divide the cost of the bag by servings and then you'll have cost per serving.
i.e. 5kg bag/20 servings @ £10 per bag = £0.50 per serving x 2 cats = £1 per cat/per day.money earned online so far:
pigsback: €100 irishopinions: €80 onepoll: £40/£40 ipoints £30 toluna: £10. Bview: £30 amazon vouchers. £5 amazon voucher from survey. Dooyoo: £35 vouchers.0 -

exactly so I feed mine 99% dried food JWB or Burns mostly (depending on which is cheapest when I make an order @ that time) - I worked out it was cheaper than wet & far better for the cats - but bulk ordering it really is what saves cash in the longrun! Oh & less smelly deposits in the litter tray = buying/cleaning less & so saves money there too.
btw mine are 9 & 8 yrs respectively - both v lively, in excellent health: coat condition & teeth & gums.:beer:0 -
If you don't fancy the idea of raw then at least feed them Whiskers or Felix rather then cheap nasty food like a supermarkets own brand.
To be honest, if I had to, then I would always choose the cheap supermarket brand over Whiskas every single time“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
So long as you feed a GOOD dried food (and by that I don't mean Felix and Whiskas
) and make sure they have plenty of water then there is nothing wrong with feeding dry food. Mine have the occassional tin, pouch or macrel as a treat and ditto once a month they get a bowl of cat milk each. At 8/9 neither is showing signs of any urinary problems and they have the teeth of a 2 year old (well bar the one that got snapped in half when the boy cat decided to bite the asphalt after taking on a car...)
Ditto! My old girls (17/18) have always been fed dry food (Hills and Royal Canin) with half a pouch of wet food each as a treat 2-3 times a week and they look great! Neither have ever had a serious health problem or any issues with their teeth“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

Thats absolutely fine, your dog, your choice to feed them on what you like.0 -
Pet Supermarket are doing a "special" on IAMS Kitten and Junior; it's £30.99 for 10kg from them, which strikes me as a good deal for that particular food. The downside is that you'll be paying £4.99 postage unless you spend over £59 in total... although even at £35.98 it's in no way a bad price
