I've seen this on HUKD and many people are finding that their Quidco cashback is only tracking as 45p. Anyone else finding this, or is it tracking correctly? I don't want to do this and then have the bother of chasing it up with Quidco.

I joined last night and it tracked at 45p... have filed a transaction query woth quidco and they have added the additional 3.55 to my account pending investigation with the merchant

Does anyone know if it's the same offer through TopCashBack as I don't use Quidco very often so by the time I've done it they will end up taking it as their administration fee so it won't in effect cost me £1.00.
    Did owe £9,951.96

    Me too.

Mine tracked at 45p initially. I shall wait to see what happens.

I'm trying to place my first order with the Body Shop online and have the love your body card in my basket. I have the promotional code number to enter at checkout but on my checkout page where it says option 2 redeem your voucher there is no box or anything to enter a voucher code? I've tried using IE and Firefox and it's the same on both sites.

Anyone else come across this problem and know what I can do?

    thanks

I had the same problem and discovered it was caused by having items on promotion in my basket. The T&Cs of the Love Your Body card state that you can't use the 10% discount with any other offer so you should find that having only full-price items in your basket will solve the problem.
  • Just done it via Q so I hope it works

Thanks OP. I've just ordered via Quidco and got free standard delivery even though my order was less than £20.
  • Are people aware that they're signing up for an annual membership - from what I understand £5 will be taken each year - if you're just chasing the free hand cream is it worth it?
  • Thank you what a fab offer!
  • Certainly a fab offer but how long/where will I see the tracking details on Quidco?

    Thank you!

Where did you see this? It doesn't say it in the T&C's...
