I've seen this on HUKD and many people are finding that their Quidco cashback is only tracking as 45p. Anyone else finding this, or is it tracking correctly? I don't want to do this and then have the bother of chasing it up with Quidco.

Yeah I joined up last nite...checked Quidco this morning and it's saying £0.45p...

Maybe it will track when the membership card / hand cream has been posted to us? :huh:

I've never had to chase anything up with Quidco before-how long do you leave it before contacting them to say it didn't track properly? Mine is tracking at 63p at the moment.

It's lovely hand cream!! I use the almond daily hand cream, the intensive almond hand cream...its gorgeous!! Hemp hand cream is excellent too if you have really really dry hands. xx (and hemp lip care stick)...can you tell I'm a fan?!!! x

I was hoping someone could help.

I'm trying to place my first order with the Body Shop online and have the love your body card in my basket. I have the promotional code number to enter at checkout but on my checkout page where it says option 2 redeem your voucher there is no box or anything to enter a voucher code? I've tried using IE and Firefox and it's the same on both sites.

Anyone else come across this problem and know what I can do?

Don't panic folks - looks like Quidco are aware of the situation. I found this has been added to Body Shop details on Quidco site:

''Please read the following before proceeding:

Note 'Love Your Body' membership will track as a '%' initially but validate at £4.''

So it should work out ok in the end.

I have the same problem I could not enter a code on sign up because it was too long and i cannot Redeem a voucher at checkout because there is nowhere to put it!
