The £5 at the checkout was, I assume, the membership fee?
As long as you keep track of the date the card was purchased and ensure you stay up to date with mailings and notifications, you should be able to work out the time for renewal.
Also, if you tick the box to choose not to save your card details online, I'm thinking they cannot automatically renew your membership and so will have to notify you first?0 -
I was going to do this, but I too spotted the Quidco membership fee of £5 so it isn't worth it if you're just going for the Bodyshop deal through them. It is on their T&Cs:
10. Your £5 member fee is deducted once annually, based on the date you joined and its anniversary in subsequent years. Your membership fee for each year is the first £5 received by Quidco from transactions generated in the year of subscription and is automatically deducted from your earnings.0 -
I think we're talking about 2 different things here. I know there's a Quidco membership fee, which is fine, as I've been using them for about 6 months now, and have racked up about £45 in cashback. I was under the impression that bobbybee2 was saying the Body Shop card would be charged annually. This was what I was looking for on the Body Shop site and couldn't find. I do think Quidco is good, but I also use Topcashback as they don't charge a fee, and sometimes the cash back rates differ a bit between the sites.Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

For people worried about Quidco only tracking at 45p- don't!
This is what it says in the small print on the Quidco website:
Please read the following before proceeding:
Note 'Love Your Body' membership will track as a '%' initially but validate at £4.0 -

Has anyone received their order yet? Mine has arrived today with only the soap I ordered, no card and no handcream, although the slip inside says contains card, but no mention of handcream.
Have emailed them, and waiting for reply.0 -

It did say on the web page that the card would come separately to the rest of the order - same has happened to me but I'll wait a bit before worrying!0
