It did say on the web page that the card would come separately to the rest of the order - same has happened to me but I'll wait a bit before worrying!
My card and cream came today. Its says in the letter that the rest of your order will be with you shortly, if it hasn't already arrived.
I didn't order anything though... I bet your card and cream come very soon though!!

Yep - the card and cream came yesterday, and they've given me a stamp on the card for the rest of my online order which was over £10 which was nice - online orders don't count.
And the extra quidco has been added too so that's good ...0 -

No you don't - you can put your birthday down as anything you want - you'll only get one gift a year as that bit of the card gets stamped when you receive it.0 -
