Got another reply back confirming cancellation and refund so I have now placed orders with play.com, all in stock.
To say 1 thing in cdwows favor though, they did actually respond to my emails very quickly and issued the refund straight away (providing it does go to my bank quickly) They appologized and said they hoped it would not effect my future as a customer with them. I think it would help if they had real time stock levels on site like play.com. It seems thier highest complaints relate to not having the item in stock when its ordered but the customer isnt made aware of this when ordering causing massive delays in delivery.
They need to get that sorted to gain returning customers not just attract people with codes then let them down so that they do not come back.Thanx
