  • yeah Equifax - they somtimes do 'soft' searches on mine and also my OH applied few weeks ago - havent said that she still hasnt heard anything!

    Yeah, defo Equifax ... and they've done soft searches on mine as well when I've ordered costly items ...

    what does a soft search check against a hard search?
  • Yeah that happens when I place higher orders - never used up to the credit limit. Mind you this is one account we would'nt want to close!

    Soft - shows only to you - unrecordered
