I never like one huge HDD. If it goes you are screwed. I always have three smaller ones.

Also...I got a very smiliar spec + HDMI & DV monitor from cougar PCs for about £100 less. They allow you to pick the parts online. We have two of them at work and they are gems.

why ask? i have 2 hdds in my main pc, no raid setup, I manually mirror some data in case of failure

Hi need to run 2 Dell DVI monitors off it, can I do this with the existing connections or would I need to buy a new video card and if so can someone suggest which one I would need if possible?

Also it looks good can anyone see any weaknesses in the spec or is it all quite good?

I've just built better (or I will when the rest of the parts arrive on friday) for over £100 less, minus OS and the media centre bits (tv + remote)

It's a nice machine.
medions are never going to build the fastest machines.For that they would lose the price advantage.
And I don't doubt a cheaper machine of a similar spec could be built.
You wouldn't get the whole package for this price though ..
And for anyone who hasn't upgraded for a few years this would be a great step up.
Very fast ...Very quiet ..and a nice 3 year warranty which someone like PC world would try and clobber you with after the sale price has been agreed.
