  • Afternoon Everyone :hello:

I've had a good morning, woke up more feeling cheerful than yesterday. *phew* did not like that blue for no reason thing!!!!

    So far this morning I've:

Got the Dog's food storage tub cleaned out (only we could get an allergy ridden mutt!!) So his tub has to be scrupulously cleaned out, and his food must be stored in an airtight container!
Cleaned a manky bin DD3 had been putting all kinds of carp in it *yuck*
Mostly made HM burgers for tea.
    Walked the pooch
    TDx1 folded
Had coffee with lovely friend and bored her about my budget. :D
Scrubbed the pressure cooker. T'was covered with burnt on chilli *yikes*

So, now I'm home again, have caught up on the thread. :j Am going to S&S the kitchen, and finish dinner prep.

    Anyone fancy a HHC 1-1.30?

  • Have spent what feels like HOURS cleaning up DH's office and my office - V. Important meeting tomorrow afternoon so wanted place to look a little bit tidier than usual chaos LOL!

Must apologise for yesterday's absence - I read all the posts but had a "Black dog on shoulder" kind of day and really didn't want to burden you all with it. Business worries..........still, hopefully tomorrows meeting will be positive.

Huggles to all who need them........will call in again later.

You sure it's just Tom's dancing skills that impress Pen?

  • Quick update so far today:
All dailies done apart from dog walking
Washed the kitchen twice coz it's so mucky from puppy paws!!! And I need to wash the lounge and dining room floors for the same reason and because it's currently bare concrete!!!

Thrilling Thursday - Study/PC area and Bathrooms

    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms
    Level Two
    Clear any clutter from desk
    Dust PC and desk
Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
    Level Three
Wipe down tiles in bathroom/shower room - half done :o
Defragment hard drive on one PC or laptop
Extra tasks list: as usual choose one or more
Clear a hotspot, if it's bad at least spend 10 minutes on it
15 minutes paperwork filing/flinging. Deal with anything urgent now

    And my leftovers:
Manic Monday - Kitchen, Utility and Dining Room/Area
    Level Three
Clean washer drawer, filters on the dryer, dishwasher and cooker hood filters
Extra tasks - if you want to do more:
Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps, a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!
Terrific Tuesday - Living Room, Den and Stairs
    Level Three
Clear anything that shouldn't be where it is!

Wipe the bits next to the steps on the stairs.
Extra Mission Tasks - as usual try one or more of these
Check where important documents like passports, birth certificates, driving licences, medical cards are and make a note of where they are and if any need replacing, changing etc
    Clean out the
vacuum cleaner, empty the bag/bucket, clean filters if they are washable MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PUT THEM BACK UNTIL THEY ARE DRY!

I'm off for some soup. If I'm flying, I'm warm, but it seems much colder today.

X-ray results are back but haven't seen by the doc yet, so I've to call back tomorrow.
