Wooohooo, my dad just dropped off the wardrobe for kids room so I can get finished in there tomorrow.

I haven't got much flying done today but feel like I have been on the go all day:
Up at 6.45am
Got ds to school
Went through diary to check Xmas lists
Took dd to toddlers
Shoppingon way home from toddlers
Lunch
put WM and DW on
played and read with dd (she's pushed her nap into the school run car journey so that has taken an hour or so of time to get stuff done)
picked up ds
homework and reading with ds
tea, bath, bed for both children
finished 8.20pm
Looking at that list I have been busy but I haven't got many tasks done outside of what the children need. I know this is OK in principal but it can't happen everyday if we are going to have an organised home.
Gryfon, I like your 15 min on/off routine. I can imagine this working quite well with the children around (mine are 5 and 1 so need quite a lot of attention still). I can play with them etc during the 15 min off but still stay on track.
Wednesday - need to do
Tidy and vac children rooms
load cardboard into car for tip run - (tip run on the way to school pm)
make large batch bolognaise
phone number for hall hire (on the way back from school am)
SS bathroom and downstairs loo
get the laundry folded, ironed and put away
garden tidy up if weather OK (outdoor play for dd)
Will try to do at least stage 1 of wed list too.0 -

Avonlea...I just about manage to get my two interested for 15 minutes, it usually gets to about 12 mins and they're wondering how much longer
My mind tends to drift when I'm doing it for any longer and thankfully lots of little 15s works better for me as I stay focused.
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

Sammy_Girl I always put my grill pan in the DW... and when it's done, I line it with silver foil. So it's never that bad now. HTH
