Fist email 4 nov, from FSCS, No second email yet, I worried its 3 weeks now

My partner's just had his second email through ... I'm still awaiting mine :rolleyes:

Try not to worry folks ... quite a few seem to be coming through today and I've got my fingers crossed for me and everyone else

Finally been able to access my account tonight (slow site and page not found) and although I have not received an email I have been able to initiate my claim.

OH was able to initiate yesterday for a joint account and ISA (has only received one confirmation email).
FSCS said today there have been a lot of reported problems with confirmation email not being received.

Now we just sit and wait for the three claims to reach main account, and then wait for Isa Certificates.

i know it's not the end of november yet but i'm starting to wonder if i'll ever get the now infamous "2nd mail". i've got an initiate button next to my account so i must be alright but got nuffink in my in/junk mailbox.

Try the initiate, (if you can't initiate yet it will just take you to a page where it says if you see nothing wait for your invitation to initiate).
I have been doing that all week on all accounts, did mine tonight and have not had the second email.

thanks meadows. tried it but it says wait. it does say tho that if i got nuffink by dec 4th then to call a number. i've waited this long so another week won't harm i s'pose.

2nd Email received for me 14:44 yesterday, initiated and claimed soon after. 2nd Email for my wife - same Email address, different account - received 13:39 today, initiated and claimed straight after. Not that I was sat at my PC waiting all the time - just most of it! Mightily relieved. Now to find a safe home for the money!

Try it a couple of times a day I still haven't had a second email but initiated Wednesday. Good luck
