    Just received email (13:51) to allow other half to initiate a claim on our joint account and his ISA, I am now waiting on my email to initiate my isa.
    Phew, that's a relief on 2/3's of our money, now I will have to wait for my invite. Fingers crossed it comes soon.

    Well done to the ones that have initiated, and to others still waiting (& myself) hope the emails come soon.

    You are correct those that have received money, have left this site.
    l received my second e mail today 24th, Nov, so be patient, it will arrive, you will not lose out.

    OH initiated 2 accounts yesterday, we can still get into his accounts and have only had one confirmation back.

    FSCS today said that they have had lots of reports that the claim emails are not coming through and to give it another day before contacting them on 0845 605 6050

    I'm still waiting for my initiate email.

    Thanks for that - I am in the position - initiated yesterday - 2 Accounts (no 2nd email) and no confirmations yet . Was going to call them today but will leave it until tomorrow to see if anything turns up

    I managed to initiate my claim last night without receiving a second email (around 7.00p.m.) still have not had second email nor any acknowledgement for my claim. Tried to log on but it now says my password is incorrect so I am still unsure whether it is going through ok.
