My wife and I have separate accounts - she received her 2nd email early on in the process and the money dropped into her account on 18 November. I am yet to receive my 2nd email. I don't know what criteria they are using to determine the order that the emails are sent out except her holding was far greater than mine so perhaps they wanted to pay out the large amounts first so that could honestly say they had paid out £XXXXXmillions leaving all the small holdings until last - greater in quantity but lower in overall value. I did speak to them on the phone and they were very helpful and implied that the emails were randomly sent. I will be patient but am very happy with the process and even more so with the refund because at the end of the day, were are not entitled to have receive the refund so easily and speedily.

I'm waiting for my 32k, would you say that was a small amount?

No second e-mail here, yet another day of dissapointment on logging onto my e-mail on my arrival home from work. It's all getting a bit annoying now, especially as all my friends and collegues seem to have had theirs!

Received mine this afternoon and initiated the claim successfully.

Just to note for fixed rate accounts, that you want to run to maturity, you have to enter the current balance in the box, not the balance due at maturity to initiate the claim, I've checked with FSCS and this is fine, you aren't committed to this amount, and will be paid out the full maturity balance. Forms should apparently be sent out during the first week in Dec.

Found the process to be very efficient, and worked for both an instant access and fixed rate Icesave account with no problems.
