this is not my flat, but one exactly the same, a saving of £245 a month!

Looks like a 2 bed, picture 4 is the main bedroom, picture 5 is the second bedroom. If you choose to use the rooms for a different purpose that is up to you.

Is this a new build or a sixties towerblock dressed in trim?

If you want a city newbuild feeling, ram a cactus up your bum.
  • I'd not call that dirt cheap! Unless it's for a couple.

It's Birmingham, I have a friend in a posh bit that rents a house with: 2 beds, attic bedroom, converted cellar, good sized back garden for that much!

which area ? im quite new to birmingham.

I looked it up, 8 miles North East of your flat.

I am not used to people living "in" a town, or even "in" a city. I come from the countryside. I've never known anybody who lived "in" a town/city.
