    Barny, when you first let this guy stay with you, just how good a friend to you was he?

    I get the feeling that the arrangement is no longer working (if it ever did) and things he does are starting to annoy you (they would annoy me too).

    If he's earning £3200 per month, can't he afford to rent his own place?
    If he's not paying rent on time, he's taking advantage of you.

    I think it's time for YOU to decide if you want him to stay as your lodger or ask him to move out.
