    Hi thanks for replying again! I sent it through Yahoo. Is that what you are asking? I can't save the doc as I don't have Word installed; my pc can only view Word docs, can't edit or save.

    Save the Word document onto your PC, then use OpenOffice to edit it.

    Thanks but when i try to save it the option is not there. Only print or view. I don't have use of Word so how can I save it? I am not sure whether possible.

    Did you not receive a Word document via e-mail? Detach this to your PC. Then invoke OpenOffice and use File, Open and navigate to your saved file.

    Ah I see. It seems to have worked; I was trying to save it from the open document but I have now detached it into my downloads and opened it in Open Office! Many thanks!
