I wouldn't buy from them, as anyone charging a £1.50 a min phone call to buy goods from them sounds alarm bells to me. Plus the extorinate p&p charges which seems to be the same from something like a watch to a tv... what's that all about??
I did like watching one of the presenters on the old bid-up channel... Mike Mason...... that was good entertainment (look on you tube)... though i'm not sure if he actually sold anything lol
Its not £1.50 a minute its £1.50 per call, why does it not give a list of winners of these so called fair auctions on their website like they do other auctions they run??this company would have made far more on wasted telephone calls than what they would of lost on the tvs(if real)0 -

If BT fails to route the call because it is busy, you will NOT be charged. I'll happily provide you with a bill to prove this
IF however, the line just goes silent - this means it has connected but failed - and you WILL be charged.
If you hear a click, and a constant tone, your call has failed to connect and you wont be charged. This happens when the phone lines are absolutely mental and there is nothing available to connect to.0 -

I think to get one of those would be impossible ! the number started dropping before you could put the number in your phone let alone listen to a message and press 1 lol. Looks like some people have the phone number before it goes on the screen !!! :rotfl:0
