did receive something similar,i did dial 9,as i had received several others,including one ,where when you answer you get blasted with the sound of a so called cruiseships foghorn-type sound,(you've won a cruise) the call taker had an American type voice and i cant remember what i said,but he put the phone down on me which kils the theory they are charging us.0
