I shop at a mixture of places. I tend to shop for some things at Lidl that I like, such as the salad cheese, lasagne (when it is on offer), egg noodles, fruit and veg etc. I like to keep an eye on their specials too.
I do the majority of my shopping at Tesco purely because I can usually get what i need and use coupons - which makes sense to go there then. If I had to pay for everything without coupons then I would shop more at Lidl.
I also go to waitrose when i have coupons as they take them and on a Sunday around 2pm I can get some cracking bargains of things I wouldn't normally buy (could afford them but object to spending obsene amounts of money for most things!)
I will only ever buy what i need and anything reduced - often get great bargains - and I ALWAYS use coupons where I can - even if I could afford to spend more then I wouldn't - shopping economically with common sense makes perfect sense.
And I am partial to the occasional Chinese Takeaway! Not the supermarket version either!3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!
