Icesave second email-week 3

I just got this email:-
You recently obtained a copy of our first email by emailing us at Icesave@fscs.org.uk. It appears from our records that the email address you used did not match the one registered on your Icesave account. In order to help ensure you receive our second email inviting you to log on to the Icesave website, we are now asking you to please log in to your Icesave account and update your old email address with your new one. We will then be able to use this updated email address to contact you when we send out your second email.

In fact, the email I used was the one registered on my account, which was always my main email address.

It looks as though the lack of emails from FSCS is due to some glitch in their system that's not linking the registered email with their emailing system in some way.

hp - you use your login id, mine is on the original letter they sent out when opened the account. then you put your password in. stage 2 is 3 digits/letters from your memorable word

Got mine this afternoon... Did anyone else notice that the claim date displayed during the process was yesterdays date? If you printed it, I'd be interested to know if yours did too!

I know this sounds stupid, but I have lost my login ID, password and think I can remember my memorable word. I cant find the letter they opened account with, but do know my account number!

i'm not sure what to suggest hp. i must say i use computers loads and this always seemed a tricky login to me

yes dopey, me too. that was posed as a theory on one of the other threads, it seemed to be a pattern, altho when someone spoke to them on the phone they said wan't true. mind you they have said alot of things.......!

Received my 2nd email at 13:28 today and have completed the process. My OH got hers last Friday and got her money in the bank today.

Just got my e-mail and claimed.:beer:

For those still waiting good luck and try and log in anyway at least once a day, I couldn't start the claim at lunchtime today but it worked later after I got the e-mail.
