You need to find your user / login ID - without that your lost. It starts with the first 3 letters of your name. If you got that, then can ask the system to send a new password.
Otherwise its wait to be contacted for the manual process"How could I have been so mistaken as to trust the experts" - John F Kennedy 19620 -

Partner has now received her second email. Format is slightly different to mine but I traced the both emails to the same source server. Claim has been initiated. Look forward to drinking a bottle or two of wine that costs more than 3.99!0

My second e-mail arrived today and I have initiated my claim. Very pleased with what the FSCS have done, and losing a few weeks of interest does'nt bother me at all -it was after all a rate that was unsustainable. Since mine was an ISA just have to wait for the authorisation letter to arrive now before re-investing. All in all I am very satisfied, nay even happy with the FSCS,:T:T0
