BA and other airlines make a lot of money with deportees, write again saying that their reply is not good and the experience was poor.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

BA (& other airlines) would dearly love not to have to deal with refugees, they are often a thundering nuisance.
Unfortunately the government requires them to take them and the airline has no choice, it cannot refuse. It would be wonderful if they could all be deported by private jet but the government is not going to pay for that! I don't know what the answer is, but it would be great if they didn't come over illegally in the first place only to be returned at our expense and at considerable discomfort to the passengers and crew of the airline.0 -
If you were flying all the way to Dubai, and you only sat with the deportee for 2 hours, what happened after that?
Did the crew manage to move you to some other seats part way into the flight, away from the shouting?0 -
So there was a man shouting because he's being deported, and you couldn't cope?
Clearly, between yourself and him, you have the most significant thing to worry about.
Good grief.Comping wins this month: 2 x business class flights anywhere we like | Horse vitamins (!) | New kettle | Motorcycling prints | Signed LPs | Thanks to all!0 -

What would BA have to do to have not got away with this?
Are you looking for compensation in some form?
If you are looking for some form of compensation, did you explain in your initial letter what you wanted BA to do in response with regard to compensation?
The reason I ask all of these questions is that IMHO and based on my own experiences, if you have a genuine complaint with the likes of an airline, then you need to make it very clear from the outset in any communications exactly how you wish the airline to deal with your complaint or how you wish for them to rectify the situation, because if you don't, they will simply fob you off with a canned response.

I don't get it. How does this differ from being sat next to a screaming child? drunk passenger? somebody that won't shut up? somebody who kicks your seat? and so on. Yes, it's a nuisance. But you could have asked the cabin crew for help rather than sit there and complain afterwards.'We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time. You should complain to your MP.
I think it is shocking that people in desperate need are turned away from this country, and I am sure that once the government understand the terrible consequences of their immigration policy they will stop these deportations.0
