No, it is to do with glands, but not to do with hair. I have it genectically rom a parent but other factors can be involved.
basically i have abscesses in the groin area, making it very difficult to walk without ever being in pain, you get it under the arms, under the breast and in the groin.DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 315Married 03/04/2010with many thanks to MSE Wedding boardLO 23/03/12 Special thanks to TTC thread0 -

She should have parked in another space and then when she had caught up with her father moved the car to a pick up point or spare disabled space to collect him. If there were many spare disabled spaces she could risk parking in one but if she had taken up the last disabled space without being able to display a legitimate badge then that is wrong.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0

oh yes the bit where you open your mouth and say "ah" is free but anything they do after that they still charge an arm and a leg for.
South of the border, we just open our mouths and say "Ouch" as another £20 gets handed over with not much change :rotfl:. Believe me I don't begrudge this - DD1 lives in Glasgow and has done for many years (didn't just move there for the freebies) she loves it and finds it much warmer than Edinburgh where she lived prior to that.
To get back on topic I think it is wonderful that you don't have to use those bloomin' clocks with your blue badges in Scotland. These only cause additional stress when you park for an appointment near say the doc's or hospital and the clinic is running behind. Inevitably you end up looking at your watch, worrying about the time and rushing through the appointment to get back to your car .Some people hear voices, some see invisible people. Others have no imagination whatsoever

Torry Quinne post #154 already pointed out that free scripts haven't yet been introduced - thanks
however it's estimated they will be within the next two years. With regard to dental and eye tests though, these are free to all in Scotland :exclamati
I know. Would have helped if I'd continued reading the posts, then I'd realise someone had already responded.MFW Challenge (Tgt Date Nov 07): ACHIEVED FEB 07!

My youngest son is almost 4 and has Spinal Muscular Atrophy so can't walk or stand at all. He's very small (about 25lb) so probably still looks like a baby. The looks we get when we park in a disabled bay are priceless sometimes! I can understand why, because I carry him out of the car so people just think we're a "normal" couple with a few kids and baby so think we're blagging it.
Sometimes it's funny I guess but other times it just feels soul destroying! We're having more "bad" days than we'd like at the moment and I'd just like to park at a supermarket (yes, however evil they can be, lol!) without feeling like a fraud for doing so. It's very bad when people use the spaces with no badge but I do wish the ones who have them wouldn't stare at me like I'm blagging it ... there are times I can glare back but other times I''d just prefer to hide and cry!Learning how to save money with 5 little ones ... help!!0 -
Why would you want to hide and cry though? I dont understand this.
If you are entitled to park there it is noone elses business but your own.
And even if you havent got a badge....if anyone were to give you trouble for that then they are the ones in the wrong, not you.
Take no notice of any of them Lentils.....its not for them to say0
