    That's because it's a FF add-on. It would be under Tools>Add-ons>Piclens

    If you still have FF installed, try uninstalling piclens and see if that helps.

    I still can't find Piclens!! I do have FF installed but am not able to open it. It crashes before I open it.

    Right, time to start at the beginning methinks.

    Go to MOZILLA and make sure you have the latest version. Once you're sure that it's installed, report back with details.

    I definitely have the latest Mozilla Installed.

    Not sure if someone has mentioned this but Remove Mozilla Firefox and then...

    Go to Start > Run >
    Type in "%AppData%" and press enter.

    Their should be a "Mozilla" Folder. Delete it (If you don't mind losing all mozilla-related settings, passwords, etc)

    Then re-install Mozilla Firefox.
