run the top 2 scans (Backup the registry when it asks)

Reinstall firefox ~

What doesn't work? Uninstall FF and then do a clean install and then install any add-ons required. That will work!

I had firefox crash on me twice today, might give reinstalling firefox again

piclens has been known to cause a few problems - personally i'd remove it. that will probably solve your problem in itself.

I had piclens installed and had to dump it because of the hassle I had with it. Way too bloated to be a viable add-on (although it looked lovely when running).

MrsM.....can you open IE without any problems?

Yes, my IE works fine. I am not able to find piclens in order to uninstall it.
