Hi, Has anyone had any dealings with this company?

I order a couple of games for the Wii on 11 December 2008. I received an email from them asking me to verify my address and was then told the items were queued for dispatch. Since then I heard nothing and now the website has disappeared and they are not responding to emails. Looks like I have been scammed!

Have opened a claim with paypal so hoping I get my money back.

Has anyone actually received an order from these people?

Having just looked @ the cashed site through google it looks dodgy to me. The prices seem way too cheap and the website doesn't seem very well put together. I would be quite concerned if I were you as these people now have your card and address details so you may want to consider contacting your card issuer??

I paid by paypal and have opened a dispute with them so hoping to get money back via them. I dont think they can access any other of my bank details via that can they???

i too have ordered a wii from these people and a spare remote. the thing that annoys me most is i emailed rhem to say id seen a wii on there site and now could not find one she (elena) told me she had them shipped in regulary and to try in the morning as id have a better chance lo and behold i tried the following morning and one was there. i ordered it straight away. appears i recieved the same standard emails as everyone else. i have a really bad feeling about this company... i have lodged a complaint so lets hope something comes of that or i imagine i can expect A very unhappy son on christmas day as it has taken FOREVER to save up for this one....pls tell me if anyone gets their money or goods back so i can see light at the end of the tunnel x

Hey everyone who has had a problem with A1game needs to log it with watchdog as they might be able to fight it if enough of us complain. Also why would paypal have a corrupt company on there books.

My story is just the same, I ordered a Wii Fit(£90)Received several emails from Elena asking me to confirm my address, then was told my game was in the queue, then it had been dispatched by 2nd class post.
When it hadnt arrived today (a week later) I emailed and asked for confirmation it had been dispatched. My email was returned and I noticed the website had vanished.
I have cancelled my credit card just in case. Hopefully I will get the money back one day!

Just found out my mother in law has been ripped off by these too. She ordered Gears of War 2 Xbox 360 and like the others, haven't got it.

One question that's bothering us is, does this company now have our card details or don't Pay Pal pass that info on?

Hi All,
unfortunately I have also been scammed by A1game, exactly the same as other posts, an email asking to confirm my address followed by one stating that the order was in the queue awaiting dispatch.

I have raised a claim with paypal on the grounds that I believe A1game to be fraudulent, I would hope that paypal would try to sort this asap to minimise association with them.

I will also report to Watchdog & would encourage anyone else to do the same. Hopefully we'll get our money back
