  • All drivers MUST leave a card when at a delivery. Checks are made at depots the following day.

Depots should not recieve any calls regarding delivery from the customer, they should be via a call centre which then passes the information onto the relevant depots.

They didn't leave a card for any of my 3 deliveries.

Yes you'd think that would be standard procedure wouldn't you? But it seems not. I've been told several times by neighbours that someone tried to deliver something, when I ask which courrier it's always the same! I've checked my mail box and there's no card! I'll then call up the depot (previously given number from a driver who said I'm better off calling them direct) and yes, they'll confirm someone has tried to deliver an item, I'll let them know I was only informed by a neighbour and that no card was left but
No real complaint with them other than that!
    The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00  :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

Not trying to make excuses for the company that I work for but Business Express and Reality have merged to form 1 company - HDN Ltd. There are obviously differing methods of delivery when they merged which are being rectified at the moment. All I can say again is that a card MUST be left by the driver.

I have sent you a PM aswell KZLND

Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service? (with no government funding) Please donate to the RNLI
  • I got an email off Boots eventually saying they were sorry and they would send me out a claim form to fill in and fax back with proof of ID, such as passport and driving licence and they will refund or replace if Ipod is still in stock.
