New Pajamas till about 10am or after a boozy brekkie, then best clothes with heels till about 12.00 when I revert to slippers. About 6pm it is back into PJs for Trivial Pursuits, Dr Who, Jack Daniels and buffet tea.0

Just in case anyone is looking for a bargain, Tesco have two (ladies and gents) outfits for £10 each which would look nice for xmas day. Info here - http://www.clothingattesco.com/ I'm going to have a look later. Also kids outfits for £5 (fleece top and cords, I think).
I'd usually wear some like the top in the above link, but I'm going to a christening tomorrow for which I've bought a wrap dress for and OH wants me to wear that on xmas day (as tomorrow will be the third time in two years he's seen me in a dress!).0 -
Always new for Christmas
Pj's and clothes [at least one part is new - be it a top or a pair of trousers] Actually wear make up Christmas Day too which is something I don't do any other day of the year
This year it's a dress [I haven't worn a dress or a skirt for at least 12 years since leaving year 6!] over a pair of shinyshinyshiny trousers. I'm a little concerned about the boobage said dress shows so I may drag out either my gold or silver scarf to do some frilly bits with as a distraction.
Proper heels too - something I don't usually bother with but it's the only day I really do dress up and I like to make a proper effort - dressy but still v comfortable and everyone's happy ^_^0 -

We're having the family over for dinner, but I'll be in my PJs all day this year!
I'm pregnant so don't want to have to buy something I'll only wear once, plus with all the crap and stodge I'm going to be eating, I want to feel comfortable and not get raging heartburn from a too tight waistband

I'm working Xmas eve night so something comfy that I can fall asleep in
Normally I wear something nice-ish and part of the outfit is new - I have some new tops off DH so will wear one of them0 -
I bought the Tesco ladies offer today to share with my daughter, she got the gold lame top and I wanted a pair of light black trousers so both happy!0

for us it is casul/smart. normally jeans plus smart top, I also tend to wear heels...that I don't normally wear unless gong out. but I think it's nice to feel special on xmas day. The kids normally dress smartly too. so we can get some good photos.:smileyhea:heart: Mrs Lea Nov 5th '11

Just normal clothes for us.
We get drressed late morning, after the presents are all opened and will more than likely be trackie bottoms and a sweatshirt after that.
If I were visiting people, I'd put a pair of jeans on rather than trackie bottoms but would still just wear a sweatshirt.
If I were going out for a meal, it wouldn't be anywhere formal as that just isn't our thing, so I'd probably wear trousers and a blouse - or something like that, but nothing new.0 -
We always buy at least 1 item new for wearing at xmas (or rest of family do). Normally wear nice clothes to church and then get changed into casual jeans and nice top...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
