Just an FYI, it would be best NOT to ask the SAs at Broad Street to hunt down an s&g giftset in the stockroom, not unless you want them at full price (which is now 4.68 or something and 342). Boxing Day they go to 2.50, and they are stuffed back in the stockroom for then.
Indiangirl gave the fab tip yesterday (I think) that she got the sets 342 and 2.50 each at BS after asking an SA to check the stockroom, but when I asked for some today, the one the SA fished from the stockroom scanned at 4.xx and she said the ones taken out of storage for a customer recently should not have been sold, that they are holding those for Boxing Day when they will be 2.50. Makes more sense to put them out now and sell what you can at a higher price, but hey, that's Boot's logic.
I would suppose that may be why many of you can't find the sets in your stores -- they are being held back for after-Christmas sales. So don't despair, as you may get them cheaper if you wait!0 -

They are usually next to all the nail stuff, with some other Jemma Kidd things (wipes, brushes etc), or on the Jemma Kidd make up stand if your store has one. They are grey, white, and red striped.
Can anyone help me with what the JK nail files are had a look today but could not see anything that resembled them.

My local has the £3 sel in the nail bit, and the £2 sel on the Jemma kidd stand. The dragon SA today refused to let me have them for £2 even though I took her over and showed her the sel, she swore blind they were a different product, said she didn't want to argue with me but I was wrong! the queue was getting long and I was getting red
. I got so flustered I told her to leave them, now I realise I should have got them anyway cos with all the points taken into account its 50p a file, which isn't too bad. Doh! I'm really sorry to any brent x bootsers out there because she muttered under her breath that she was going to remove the £2 label straight away so nobody else would try it on. :eek:
Still giving out blueys in the aisle in brent x, but nothing (cheep!) to spend them on :mad:
3 S+G 'admit it you want me' left (I think they might have some in the stock room, even though they deny it, 'cos they weren't there last week). Sorry, I was a bit naughty and put a soaper heroes in front of them, in the vain hope that they will still be there when I've got some money and there is a points event on..So shhhh, only you boosters on here know they are there, don't all rush at once :rotfl:

Sorry to be off topic but I'm desperate!
Does anyone live near an ASDA who would be able to grab me some of their magazines?
I've just bought a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and I've read here that these mags have a free coupon in for some coffee pods to go in the machine. I'd be happy to send an SAE to anyone for the coupons........
I have looked on ebay and can't believe how much people are selling them for, I'm hesitant to buy something off ebay that is just free in a supermarket....

Wow. £2.50 each, so instead of 3 sets for £10.00 at the moment, you would get 4. However, if they do go that cheap on Boxing Day, I doubt they will be there for long. People will just lap them up. Think they are still a bargain for 3 sets at £10.00 cos the small mini's on their own are 3 for £4.50 on the current 3 4 2.
Just had a peek outside, it's just as slippy, so no Bootsing for me today. Gonna go tomorrow, and do the Mega Points thing on Friday. Think I'm getting an Oral B toothbrush and other things to make it £50. Have a 450 points mailing voucher and the ACM will have 300 or something, so that's almost 2000 points back with the 200ish normal points. Go me!
Also, the JEMMA KIDD stuff, they will have it in the normal JEMMA KIDD section, and also have a look at the NAIL ACCESSORIES section as I found tart loads of the EMERY BOARDS there. I guess most people just look at the JEMMA KIDD section and not bother hunting in the NAIL ACCESSORIES bit. Hope this helps.0 -

You won't get any of these vouchers in store anymore. The (Oct/Nov) magazine which had the vouchers in ended on Sunday, and they have all been cleared from stores. Doubt you will find any, but you never know. Hope you find some.0 -
I'd rather get the S&G giftsets now, too, as I always go to my parents for a few days over Christmas, and there's no way I'd be allowed to go to the sales "Christmas is for the kids" - everything would be gone by the time I got the chance to visit Boots again.0

I managed to get one yesterday in my local Asda in Oldham. I have given mine away otherwise you could have had mine.
I'm not going back again for about two weeks, otherwise i would get you some - there were hundreds in store!!
