I got one of the lee stafford gift box set on friday and when I plugged in the hairdryer it wasn't workingbut the straightners worked fine
Do I take the full box set back and get a new one or just take the hairdryer back and get a new one
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do I have to return all 3?
or
can I just return 2 of them for something of similar value in the 342 range?
I have never had to do a 342 return before, so if anyone has done something similar can you please help.
Silly impulse buy really because they were so nice, but just not needed.:o That'll teach me a lesson.:rotfl: :rotfl:I got a 342 with the eye kits when they were on OOTW, I got 2 and one other item, decided that I didn't want the 3rd item ( the free one on my .com invoice) so went instore and asked if I could exchange for something for the same value and there was no problem until the item i returned was scanned at £3.75 instead of the £15 i paid for it!!!
However as I had taken a printout from my account on .com and not just the order sheet from inside the box the box there was no problem for a straight exchange, however as the ELLE sets were £17.50 might be hard pushed to find somethin for exactly the same value..it might be worthwhile giving the store a ring before you go?
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.Robert M. Hutchins0 -

Hi Polls - I would take 1 elle set back at a time - without your receipt and just ask to exchange it for something of the same value, or something more expensive and pay the difference - you will have no probs doing that at all. hth xxx0

did you look in the isle with all the nailcare stuff? thats where they were in commerical road boots last time with all the other nail files and like false nails etc? commerical road does occasionally have a clearance section its very small though its at the end of the body spray isle by the lift its just about 4 shelves0 -
Not sure if this would be of interest to anyone, but you can get the Lumie Bodyclock Advanced on .com with 3396 points back.
(Two promotions running and code for 500 points on £55 spend).0 -
