pps I overheard SA say that you only have to spend £18.50 to No 7 gwp now.
She split the lady in front of me's purchase so she could have two gwp as one of her no 7 products came to £19.

Had a fantastic shop in Kingston Boots last night. Unlike the previous Xmas shopping evenings, it was really busy, there were queues at every till.;)

I spent £63 - benefit cosmetics, aftershave, vitamins 342, Olay face wash, and a couple of other bits.

Spent ages trying to find something to use my bluey skincare voucher on, as the shelves were emptied of all the cheaper stuff. :eek:

I got back 3450 points. :beer: And the best thing was, when I handed over my bundle of coupons (about 12 of them!), the young male SA asked "which ones do you want to use?" All of them I replied :rotfl:

I've just been looking at that online.
Last night I added 3 to my basket and the 1500 were added but I didn't go ahead with the order as my brain was frazzled
It does say on beauty promotions today that you get 1500, but when you click on more info there's nothing coming up
Gutted now

Same for the Lancome....says you get 500 when you buy 2, but doesn't show on any of the items

Was up before 6 this morning, and though I was feeling tired and sorry for myself, I immediately sprang into life when it was announced on GMTV that the shops are in such deep trouble, with mountains of stock left that "30 stores in Oxford Street are giving HUGE discounts today".

I ignored the fact that it was raining so heavily, and that I'd probably have to travel to London by boat, when the announcer said " .... and this will be between 7 am and half past 9 this morning, so as to catch people on their way to work".

Are all these stores mad? If you are lucky enough to still have your job, you're unlikely to stop for an hour or two to browse the various shops, and most visitors don't arrive until well after 10.

Surely if they want to shift stock, they should announce it, at least the day before, so that would-be shoppers can plan ahead, and perhaps take a day off work, or arrange child-care so they can visit, etc?

Or have the discounts for the whole day, or from 11 - 3. And why just stop at London? If these are chains, then put these discounts nationwide, and perhaps they'll shift their stock that way.

BTW, if anyone is still getting charged £3 for their JK nail files, they should point out that the printed price on JK displays is £2, and invite the SA or manager to phone Head Office and check.

if you buy this razor

instore it is half price £3.99, but also on xmas gifts 342. the way the till works it out it takes the half price off all 3 even tho one is free so you pay £3.98 for 3.
You can also buy 2 razors and 1 xmas 342 gift which will give you £4 off your total so eg: 2x razor +1 x £10 xmas 342 = £9.99 to pay.
It is only these razors, it only works with xmas 342, not mens 342. I think it ends on 2/12, it is not working on .com only instore. hth
