Did the SA actually try and scan the voucher? sometimes they think they know everything about what will and won't work, it does say 'the following brands and many more' on the voucher. Sometimes I think the experts on here should be hired by Mr B to retrain his staff!
It's worth asking them to try an scan it anyway "cos it worked for a 'friend' last week" hth

Hiya - yes also works with Botanics stuff - I got it to work on the pulse point set which was £8 and on 3 for 2. You have to insist on the SA scanning it as mini says because it is on all healthcare - not just on the things on the voucher

i agree, im going to try again, on pink pampering set 342, got find lovely young sa and insist she must try it, they look quite nice, presentable as present, would love tp stock up for bday presents , emergency gifts etc...

hi, i think its any 2 items, one got to be skincare. cheapest skincare is make up removing fluid 18.50 i think. and its nice and soft for skin.
may plus buy nail varnish lipstick, juicytub etc... to get 1000 points.

I was allowed the total spend points - but I had a double points coupon, which was scanned, but I didn't notice until I got home that it didn't work. He kept the voucher, but didn't mention that it hadn't gone on.

I'd rather live with losing the 260 ish points that I didn't get, than have CS scrutinise my points too closely - but I do agree that it is very annoying!:mad: It seems to vary hugely what is acceptable in one store to another.

On a happier note, I was at my second Boots last night (my favourite) when an SA spotted that I had 2 razors in my basket. She told me they were on some kind of special offer and I should get three, then they would be cheap, very cheap! Bless her! Of course, I was actually looking for a Christmas 3-4-2 gift to go with them

If anyone in Edinburgh is searching for the razors at the moment there is a vast stand full of them in Fort Kinnaird, plus the blades. (Which are reduced to £7.99 or round about.) And definately 3-4-2, because it says so on the stand. Razors are £3.99 each.

No, I didn't buy any. Hubby is pernickity about razors and most of the men in my family seem to have beards.

I have managed to find some of my best bargains in the smaller branches. They don't have such a big turnover of stock as the larger stores, so frequently

I have found reductions on items/ranges that are being discontinued in the little stores (as it does not sell well) but available in the larger branches . In January this year I bought 3 tubs of No7 Time resisting Day cream for £3 each, and they went through as 342. As well as that I got 10% off for the Healthclub. So Paid £5.10.

This offer would not have been available in the larger stores. So keep your eyes peeled. :j

Website seems to be falling over at the moment. Wanted to have a look around at the 1500pts for £75 spend, but whatever I click on seems to come up with 'Generic error'.
