VICKSTER*ARSENAL, thanks for that information. I might get one with my points if they sell them at BOOTS.

MELGIRL, I was going to say AGENT MIMI, but that would have given it away. Carmex is like too hard, got the little tub version once, plus it doesn't have a nice taste either. Yuck!

BECCYE, will have a look at Neutrogena and E45 as well, in fact, might as well get one of each with my points.

BELLAMPJ, I love Blistex too, but the tube keeps bursting and I end up with the stuff all over my bedroom or pockets. Not too keen on it. Got to say it makes my lips tingle which is hot!

FOOTYMADGAL, I don't do samples (they never send anything and end up with all your details), but if that Nivea product is on sale, I'm getting one of those too.

SKITTIFIER, that sounds good, I might get some of that.

A chap from America I sold something to on eBay told me to get a certain product, can't remember the name, but it was like £15.00, apparently did the trick, but way too expensive for my liking.

Talking of which, I still have a whole collection of extra points when you buy NO 7 stuff, any bargains going?

Off to work in a bit, have a good day all.

Am confused - they go into your basket showing both offers, but when you view the items in your basket, it says 'Missed Offer!'

JUST CHECKED IT, IT STILL WORKS THERES NO MISSED OFFER
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D
  • I thought is was just me, ordered 3 Razors this morning, then saw a 10% off code so thought I would place another order but the 3 for 2 or half price isn't working on any items, they must be working on it.

i was trying to hold on till next week before going to boots. christmas night but i dont want to miss out on the razor offer to good to miss so going into day. Knew i shouldnt have looked at this thread till next week lol

now to make sure i dont miss out on anything else before i go..

thanks to all who contribute to this thread

Someone on this thread has mentioned that there's a mega points offer this weekend so if you are feeling brave you could try holding out for a day or two longer. Last time Boots did this you got 1000 points per £50 spend just like the Xmas shopping night. You'd be able to disguise the razor glitch amongst all your other purchases that way!
  • Morning,

Please does anyone know if there are any S&G GWP sets left at the White Rose Shopping Centre or at Birstall Retail Park.

Am heading up that way at the weekend and was hoping I would have more luck than I have had in Sheffield and Chesterfield areas.:(

    Thanks

342 and half price working on .com for me. Added 3, -£7.99 then -£11.99 +£2.95 standard del total of my basket is £6.94 - don't think I'll bother though, there's nothing else I want.

I've lost my bootsing mojo - had an **"unhelpful" SA a few weeks ago and it's put me off. Haven't been in since I used the last of my pinkies. I think I'm cured!!!!

Shame cos I could actually use the £2 part of the Bluey's!

**with the increasing number of reports on this thread of "unhelpful" SA's recently, I wonder if Mr B has revised his Customer Service requirements! I've had more than my fair share of really lovely SA's, and I know they're in the majority, but it only takes one bad experience to make you want to take your custom elsewhere.

Dont let them get at u, remember ur the customer pays there wages.

I think we will always make waves and a few none friends out of SA's in this area cos it goes with the bargains....

I dont know why but some boots think they are so high mighty, i think the attitude goes bak to how snooty Boots used 2b, these SA's still think its top dog, but there's many more outlets on the street now far superior (not for bootsters of course!).

I like the advise of someone on ere, which i used yesterday, ask them or the manager if they wud like to be treated like so....

Chin Up - Give Them Hell!!!! (politely of course)
    SIMPLES!
  • Arrgghhh! Just made an order online... been waiting on my new (replacement) Advantage Card for 2 and a bit weeks... assumed it'd be the same card No. when it came through - arrived 10mins after I ordered and it's not the same No. as registered on my online account.

Can I save those points or are they lost in limbo now?
