I am still getting calls from them (see message above). I'm about to write them a stern letter to shake them off as this is now harrassment. They are going against everything in their code of practise by doing this!

Write recorded delivery letter. State that your mother had been missold an incorrect pakcage even though she stated she had no computer. That your statutory 7 day cooling off period has been ignored. That you will be taking the matter to small claims court if it is not resolved within 14 days.

Then file in small claims for the 18 months worth of contract that she is in, plus the connection fee, plus the disconnection fee at the end of the contract. Plus the court fee costs with associated ancilliary costs (10p per photocopied sheet for the sale of goods act etc etc.)

Im sure that will light a fire up their backsides.
