if you go to google and type "belarc advisor" this is a very useful program that runs on your PC and tells you near everything about your PC including memory/processors and every program that is installed including.
I have found this program very useful and it's free0 -
Hi download "Belarc Advisor" and run it. It only takes a few seconds and it will tell you a lot about your laptop, including Hard drive size, memory etc.
Belarc Advisor is free to use for personal use and I have used it for years.0 -

when you right click my computer and then select properties a box will appear which tells you operating system and then read down the box the manufacturer will be there then the processor and ram will be listed.
when you open my comuter right click the hard drive (useually c drive) and a diagram of the disc will show you the usec portion and the free portion so you can see what space is left.
pm me if this does not sort out what you need0
