How's your sister doing? Is her pregnancy going well?
My sister is good thanks Snaggles.
The baby is well and truly kicking her now which she loves and they've got a dopler (I think that's how it's spelt) to listen to the heartbeat whenever they want which helps to put her mind at rest.
Just 16 weeks to go this coming Sunday :j :j :j - I think she is having a girl as she's been really windy with this pregnancy and she wasn't with Joshua but my sister was a really windy baby when she was born so I think that the little one is taking after her mummy.
She's a bit bigger than she was last time too - she's about as big now as she was when she had Joshua.
Can you tell that I'm excited???

I'm so glad to hear all is going well with the baby, you must be so excited!
It does seem to have gone quickly since you said she was pregnant - mine seems to have gone really quickly too but it's slowing down now and starting to drag....having to redecorate just to pass the time lol.
Apparently you quite often do get bigger with a second baby - not as much muscle resistance I suppose. I've got quite a big bump now, although despite my best efforts (chocolate cake, chinese take-away....etc) I've not really put on much weight.....oh well, less to lose after the birth"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
How's it going everyone? My money making ideas seem to have dried up a bit. I've got a mystery shopping assignment in a couple of weeks but nothing apart from that. I'm also entering competitions like mad but haven't won a bean yet
Don't know about anyone else but March seems to be taking longer to get through than January did
Oh well, at least Spring is nearly springing which'll make eveything seem brighter, but I'd still love to make big dents in my debts.
Better get back to thinking up new ideas (or trawling this website for more) :idea:Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710 -
Hi everyone
I've had a busy few days getting back all of my old mystery shopping details (I lost them all when my boyfriend crashed my computer and I lost everything stored on it!) so that I can do some more jobs.
I love entering my competitions and everything but it's cold hard cash that I need at the moment to get that Capital One credit card down and then start on all the others. I need to get rid of all my credit cards by the end of the year (£11,000  ).
So I've decided that in my spare time now, I'm going to:- Answer at least 50 questions on AQA a day - this will get me an average of £450 a month. 100 questions a day was getting a bit too much. I should be able to get that up to £500 a month.
- Aim to do at least 5 mystery shopping jobs a month.
- Only enter free email and internet competitions for a while as it's costing me too much in stamps to keep doing the postcards ones too.
I've already got 1 mystery shopping job lined up which is for a Saturday lunchtime meal out which I get £20 for the meal and £3 for mileage - I know that's not real money but it's a free meal.
I've also applied to do another job where I just have to visit a place and ask some questions - will take me just 15 mins and I would get £9 but I haven't been accepted yet.
There's another one too but I don't think I'll get it - it's only a 2 hour job and I would get £75  - fingers crossed for that one.
So, for a little while at least, I'm opting for the cash and not the prizes
I'm also going to do a weekly 'to do list' as I need to get organised. I'm going to make a 'half to do list' later of things I need to do before Sunday, then I'll do a full one each Sunday evening.

My 'To Do List' for this week - must be done by the end of Sunday:
- Get to £240 in my AQA account
- Get another 2 mystery shopping assignments. - Done, got another 2 assignments worth £11 in fees, £6.50 in mileage & £3 in free goods!
- List 5 items on Ebay tonight/Thursday to finish on Sunday - Done, listed 5 items on Ebay this evening that all finish on Sunday!
- Post all outstanding Ebay items
I'll post about my progress and write another new list on Sunday evening

:j :j - just got accepted for another mystery shop on Saturday. It should only take 15 mins to do the visit and 30 mins to do the report and I get paid £9 in total with no outlay (just asking questions).0

Just got another mystery shopping job. This one has got freebies too so I might try to get some toiletries/other goods (if the brief allows) so that I can use them to make up birthday presents
Hmm, I think I need a little diary that I can carry around with me so I know when I am free and when I'm not so if they call me on the spot then I can check whether I'm already working or not. If anyone knows of any free diary offers around then please let me know, I'm going to search the freebie forums and maybe Pigsback too. Failing that, I've still got some Boots points to use up so could get it with that.
I've been working on AQA on and off all day too and am up to over £180 now. Will keep going tonight until I break the £190 mark.
