  • Pipsmum - ohhh rasberry leaf tea - bless you for drinking that - it really is vile isn't it! I managed one cup and had no more!
I was 9 days overdue, had a sweep and that started me off. 23 hours in labour from start to finish and i didn't have any drugs.....natural childbirth!!!! ohh get me hey!!!!
How are you planning on giving birth, do you want an active labour or just see how you feel on the day? x

How are you planning on giving birth?[/quote]

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Quickly!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

No seriously, I am just going to wait and see how much it really hurts and take it from there. Hopefully as actively and as drug free as possible but we shall see! Raspberry tea is disgusting but if it helps to shorten things I am sure I can grow to love it over next few weeks.

Really annoyed as I went out to get the cash my friend owed me and when I got there they couldnt find it so i have had to trudge all the way home again empty handed:mad:
Worst thing is I had mentally spent it. £350 they are giving me so I wa going to buy my breadmaker and some ingredients to give it a bash. OH needs petrol so was going to give hime £40. £30 Gas and £30 Electric and then the rest I was going to pay off of my Mothercare CC.

Mothercare sent me a letter to say would I please bring my account back into credit as I was 44p over my limit!!! :rotfl:

How do you guys put strikes through your totals on your signature?

Off to cook some mince as per my meal plan, turn half into chilli for tonight and half into bolognaise for tomorrow.

      i am loving this!!!!!

my sofa arrived at 8am this morning so the poor delivery men were met at the door by me in my dressing gown with my bed hair still present and correct!!!!!! really wasnt expecting it to arrive so early but my bum is so so so grateful!!:D ds1 is loving the fact they recline "like nannies".

the old sofas have gone to my fella's sisters as she is in a worse position financially than us and only had a small 2 seater, there are 5 of them in her house!!!!!!

we used having no seats last night as the kick up the jacksy we needed and sorted out the kitchen, living room and all the toys!!! the downstairs of my house has never looked so clean....................just need to try and keep it this way:rolleyes: cant believe the amount of broken toys ds1 was hiding, glad i have not spent loads on xmas pressies, most of last years have just been thrown:mad:

i had a natural labour with ds1 (only had gas and air for 10 mins) but with ds2 he was back to back so was more painful. the mw didnt believe i was in established labour as the hour previuosly i was checked and not dialated so gave me 2 paracetamol!!!!!!! when she had to peel me off the ceiling 5 mins later she checked me and found i was 4cm. had pethidine (nice feeling of being happily tipsy for 2 mins) and ds2 made his apperance 1 1/2 hours later. i would recommend gas and air though, doesnt take the pain away but helps you relax at the end of the contraction (and gives you something to bite on when pushing - instead of your fella:D )

let us know how your breadmaker does?! ooh that reminds me, need to put mine on!
