My marriage is over I am gutted

Well after 17 years with my hubby after a pretty stressful weekend we have called it a day. I won't go into reasons why as don't think is the place to air it but needless to say I am devasted.

I am fed up crying and trying so hard to hold things together for my little girl and so scared of what the future will bring for us.

Sorry to bring the board down but I needed to vent.

    Hiya Doodledo

Sorry to hear this - I have also very recently split up from my husband (after 11 years together), so I understand some of what you are going through.

Is there any practical advice you need? At least if we can help you take the strain in that area, you will have more time to concentrate on coping with the emotional side.

In the meantime, have a ((((hug))))

Thank you everyone I really appreciate your kind words.

I know we will be ok and I know there is a future for me and my little girl it's just that path is slightly blurry at the moment.

Practical wise I really don't know where to start, my brain feels like mush.

totally understand the scared feeling, just getting the confidence to take the world on myself.
Drink lots of fluids and be nice to yourself.
