    I think most of the times I've had aubergine in a restaurant meal it's been chewy.. I lovely spicy fried aubergine wedges at home, they go all fluffy in the middle - yum!

    i did a lovely tea yesterday, came over all domestic goddess-ey!

    chicken, butterflied, wrapped around black pudding, with bacon wrapped round it done in the oven... served with spring greens, gravy, baked potatoes (mash for Big G, old fart traditionalist! thinks baked potatoes are new fangled!!)

    it was truly lush!! that's 2 nice teas i made last week!
