Additions first time £30 cust woo hoo!

JUST TO ADD: It all went through this morning with the -£30 discount, but I have had no email confirmation, and it appears there are no orders pending in my account. I have rang Additions twice now and they say it could take a few hours to be processed because they are busy. Does anyone know if this is normal?

I ordered an iPod Touch over a week ago when it said 3 weeks delivery. Still havent recieved it and the order tracker hasnt changed so I wouldnt hold out too much hope on getting it early.

we used the code and it was accepted on the order we paid by card and full amount was taken, after reading on here you should get the £30 back after a couple of days as a refund, how long have people waited as to date we havent im just wondering if anyone else who ordered around monday has recived it back?

check your account transaction history on the site it will show refund.
goes back in 2 days after delivery of goods

Don't forget this companies history of claiming their discounts back when they realise weeks or months later that the rules had been broken.

I out an order through last week using this code and they took the full account out of my bank. Its been over a week now and still havent had a refund for the £30. According to terms and conditions you only have 7 days to send order back and im pushing that now :-(

When I ordered an ipod it was out of stock. My email showed the discount but the transaction history online didnt show any discount. I called up and was told that the discount will show up when the ipod is dispatched. The customer service rep also made a note of it on my account and said if I didnt recieve the discount when I get the ipod I should call in and it can be applied.
Ill hopefully get my ipod next week so Ill post an update then.
