    Morning all!

    Johanne-just to reassure you I had the top of my little toe cut off when I was little...was fine. I also had various snips on my head, ears etc and lived to tell the tale.

    OK, plan for the weekend:
    As many loads of washing as possible, one already drying on airer, another in washing machine, plus ironing to do.
    Tidy desk
    Attempt to sort out crafting stuff
    Make either cakes or biscuits or both! (Sunday)
    Find somewhere for the new (second hand) bookcase to live
    Make space and get exercise bike out of hall cupboard and use it to lose some weight before Christmas (BFs job)
    Finish living room up to level 3

    Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs
    Dusting, even if around everything
    Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe
    Clean the tv screen

    clear and wipe work surfaces
    wipe and replace ALL the small appliances
    Empty bins
    S&S the hob
    [STRIKE]Collect all the dirty laundry into the basket[/STRIKE]

    Clean the loo/bath/shower/sink
    HHI

    Weekend list!!

    A chance for the whole family to get involved.. though it is optional because the whole reason for the 5 days of cleaning is to keep the weekend free for family time.
    1. Uniforms and lunch bags cleaned and ready for Monday
    2. Wash any grubby coats and uniforms for Monday & polish shoes
    3. HHI (to get the weeks worth of shirts done!)
    4. Everyone grab a carrier bag and see who can fill it with rubbish first!!
    5. Bake a cake/biscuits/buns
    6. christmas card list will be sent out tomorrow so if you want to be in you best hurry!
    right, this looks do-able in 2 days...................

    In my HHC have:
    Tidied and wiped kitchen surfaces
    Finished washing up
    Wiped top of cooker
    Dried up
    Tidied frontroom
    straighten cushions
    Tidied around my desk and pc
    Cleaned downstairs toilet and sink

    NOt bad , I think!!!
    We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

    Morning my luvvlies - some of you have been far too industrious for this early on a saturday morning!!!!! No, well done to you all I am just jealous!!!!

    Ok its fre e e e zing here but bright and a wee bit windy - no snow - BAH!!! First washing is out on the line and 2nd is almost finished - have had brekkie and caught up on thread.
    denizeNZ -you are on a roll arent you girl???? well done!
    Soappie - glad you are starting to feel better but take it easy - flu can really take it out of you.
    Holly - hope OH got home OK, and that you got some sleep! I cant believe he did it again!!!!
    Sunny - fab cake !!!
    pinkfairy hope the puppies are doing well - I have friends who live in Nailsea!!!
    TAG - good luck with the delegating - wonder who I could deegate some of my list too???

    Delegation is going quite well though;)

    Monday Mayhem - Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1

    Vacuum through the living room, hall and stairs

    Level 2
    Dusting, even if around everything
    Clean windows and all glass.. including the tv screen

    Level 3
    Wipe and water plants
    Wipe all the paintwork.. right up the stairs.. and back down again

    Extra Mission: Pick one or more of the following tasks –
    4. Wash any cushions, throws or curtains that need it

    Tuesday Trouble - kitchen and dining room
    Level One

    clear and wipe work surfaces
    Wipe down all the major appliances

    Level Two
    Wipe the tables and replace the cloth if necessary
    Wash and open the windows
    Deweb and defluff these rooms

    Level three
    Clear and mop/vacuum the floors
    Scrub down the dining chairs..
    Muck out the fridge!

    Extras - help yourself!
    1. wipe and replace ALL the small appliances
    2. Empty and wash out bins
    3. S&S the hob and/or oven
    4. Clear out the top cupboard that always gets left because you can't see on it!!

    Wednesday wrecking - kiddies rooms/spare rooms/neglected rooms!!
    Level Two
    Vacuum said piece of floor
    Wash the windows
    [STRIKE]Strip and wash the bedding
    [/STRIKE]

    Level Three
    Wipe any sticky grots and dust away

    Extras
    1. Sort through one cupboard.
    2. Wipe down all the paintwork
    4. Make an appointment for your christmas hair cut.. and make sure you keep it!! This is your treat and you deserve it.. can't have you looking all scruffy for the big man himself can we? You might scare the rein-diators

    Thrilling Thursday - Bathroom(s) & Study/2nd living room
    Level Two
    Vacuum floors
    Wash the windows/glass/mirrors

    Level Three
    Clean the loo/bath/shower/sink/tiles
    Wash the shower curtain/bathmats if needed

    Extras
    1. Get all those empties out!
    2. Get up to date on phone calls!! And make any necessary appointments.. dentist/vet/dr etc.. do it now!!


    Friday FUN!! - Master bedroom and landing
    Level One

    [STRIKE]Strip bedding and wash it[/STRIKE]
    Take at least half an hour of time just for YOU!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Level Two
    Vacuum mattress and replace bedding
    Wash windows, mirrors etc
    [STRIKE]Clear the floor of junk gibble and mess
    [/STRIKE]

    Level Three
    Vacuum floors in landing and in the bedroom
    Make another christmas list of who and what you have left to buy for
    Fill a binbag for charity shop

    Extras
    1. Wipe down all the paintwork
    2. HHI
    3. Clear out a chest of drawers!
    4. Clear out a toy box!

    Wipe surfaces.
    Wipe inside of oven. (Done everyday then I don't have to clean it IYSWIM)
    Sweep and mop kitchen floor.
    Tidy & S&S bathroom.
    Wash bathroom floor.
    Hoover living room/ hallway/stairs/kitchen & d/s toilet.
    Hoover bedrooms/landing & bathroom.
    Keep ironing together (x15)
    Sort clean washing & put clothes away.

    Clean one room up to level three -Will do living room coz we've got guest over on Sunday
    Everyone grab a carrier bag and see who can fill it with rubbish first!!

    Tidy kitchen side.
    Wipe fryer (had some over flow y'day)
    Empty WM
    Now MARRIED!11/09/10
