In mu opinion then for what it's worth if he is a runner you are better off without him...
break your worries down into different departments and deal with them that way...
If debt was jointly created then he is jointly liable.

    So ui sent this

    Sorry?
I have NO PROBLEM here. I got what I ordered - twice.
I will keep what I did order - send me a label to apply to the 'extra' parcel and I will return it.
As far as I am concerned there is NOTHING I need to do. And nothing I need 'sorted'.
    Equally nothing is faulty.
Would you have known you had sent my order out twice if I hadn't informed you of this?
I did nothing wrong - moreover you were informed of YOUR error as soon as possible.
A 'thank you' would have been nice...
To reiterate - I have got what I ordered. The error isn't mine and isn't being sorted for MY benefit - but yours. I have now, apparently, got to traipse to a post office to return goods that were went to me in error at my INCONVENIENCE and without so much as a thank you.

Why do I need to send a note saying what went wrong? I am a customer - not an employee (but not for much longer if this is how honesty is regarded)

    I await your reply...

and now I thonk that wa sTOO POLITE :rotfl:
    eTa
and bear in mind i AM TIPSY! btw FOR WENT READ SENT . Unfortunately e mail sent!

  • Morning all....

I am dying this morning.... AF has decided to stick needles in me then twist them about while punching and kicking me and finally pulling out my insides and stretching them all around the room (OK, slight exaggeration, I seem to have turned into a man overnight... ) and to make matters worse, I can't go back to bed because I have work - 4 days off and she decides to arrive today when I have 3 days running about...

Thanks JJ, probably will actually - movement does help :D . I'll be fine, it's just a PITA to be honest and it always makes me ratty, but I'm still in a good mood from yesterday, so that will hopefully see me through - pain killers also starting to kick in so will be fine...

It's really windy out there today - blowing up a bit of a gale, and I can feel the cold already - quite fresh! Hope the sun comes out though...:D

 have not been on fly lady post before but was passing through and saw some hugs going around and feel in desperate need of some.

bighug.gifBigbighug.gifbighug.gifbighug.gif huge hugs to you Homealone - how awful, I hope you are OK now after the bus incident - am sorry, but do not know what postes soa is, but sounds pretty bad if it puts you in a wheelchair. Lil_me has given the best advice re debts and stuff and your DS sounds like a trouper. As Valli said, break it down into manageable chunks and deal with one bit at a time - I would ignore the hubby situation at the moment - it's something you can't deal with if he's not responding back, let him come to you and as they said, he can't ignore solicitors letters, not for long anyway...

You sound like you need to speak to someone professionally, and I would say that should be your first step - the CAB are a good start to get you in the right direction... don't be afraid to scream, cry, or whatever other emotions come out - and you can always pop on here for hugs - take care hun...:A
